ARTCRANK LA

Recently I took part in a bicycle poster art show called Artcrank. Thanks to my buddy Marco Zamora who had the printing equipment and Tommii Lim for helping hand, we were able to print all of our posters in my loft.

The show was super good. It is nice to see that the bicycle culture embraces and supports art fully. Can't wait to be a part of next Artcrank in 2014.

SEEKER HANDS

Hello Seeker!

Continuing with painting on paper I did these Seeker Hands. Ancient alchemy is represented here in celestial symbology. Starting with thumb are: Mount Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Apollo, and Mercury. Within both dimensions there is a pair of eyes looking at the viewer.

Gumby's new body.

Custom work is our specialty, dialed to clients specs. We don't get often high profile clients. Gumby jumped space twice to fit his new body, he is going full synthetic this time. Its almost ready, growing mature in a matter of hours.

My Brother died on October 18th, two weeks ago. I can easily say that loosing him was the single most tragic event in my life. Today is the All Saints Day and my memory brings me back to him again. I did this drawing for his funeral, it looked great during the ceremony. It is hanging to day at Hold Up Gallery in Little Tokyo for tonight's Dias de Los Muertos art show.

...he is out there, in the city, playing dope tunes, nasty and gritty. Serving dope beats, all day, everyday on these city streets, he fights the mundane with these sick ass beats! UGH!
